Hi everyone!
We are pleased to tell you that our BackerKit surveys have begun to go out to the wider group! Thank you for your patience as we prepared them.
PLEASE NOTE: BackerKit will send surveys in waves over the next two days, so please allow up to 48 hours for your survey to be processed and sent to you. If at that point you still have not received one please check your spam folder, and check that the email you used on Kickstarter is the email account you're checking.
If that doesn't work, you can click the link below to enter the email address associated with your survey and BackerKit will send you a new one:
Please note, if you use an Apple ID with your email address, a different email could be generated for you for security reasons. If you need this email changed, please click here to direct message us so that we can help!
Surveys will remain open for about 30 days. Once locked, we'll have proper order numbers so that we can begin going into production on items! :)

Surveys Being Tested!

Hi everyone,
BackerKit has reviewed and signed off on our surveys, so we have begun doing a "smoke test", which is where we send surveys to a small group of backers to make sure there aren't any issues before sending them out to the larger group.
Assuming there are no hiccups or issues reported during the test, we plan on launching surveys to the wider group tomorrow or Thursday.
We'll do an update when this happens, so stay tuned!

Post Campaign Details:
We at Rocketship Entertainment would also like to say thanks to everyone who made this such an awesome campaign to be a part of!
There are a lot of questions coming in now that the Kickstarter is over, so let's dive in:
Q: I missed the campaign - can I still pledge?
A: We will be accepting pledges for late backers in about two weeks! In the meantime, you can click here to tell us which tier you'd like to back!
Q: When will surveys be going out?
A: We are planning on using Kickstarter for surveys and are expecting them to be ready by mid-November. We'll also do an update when it's ready to go - so stay tuned!
Q: What's the purpose of the survey?
A: We use these surveys primarily for two reasons:
- To collect shipping payments and addresses for all our backers, so that we can eventually send their pledge rewards.
- To provide backers with the ability to modify the reward tier they selected or get a last chance to add-on items.
Q: How long will I have to complete my survey?
A: Our goal is to get as many surveys completed by backers as possible, so we give around 30 days from their launch to allow everyone proper time. If you need more than that, it's ok. :)
Q: When will my order arrive?
A: As noted in each reward tier, estimated fulfillment is set for September of 2026.
With fulfillment timelines, please be mindful of the following, which is noted on our FAQ:
The delivery dates associated with each reward are based on our anticipated production schedule. They are not guaranteed and, as they are described, are ESTIMATES. Once we finish surveys and all add-ons are locked we go into production on those items and will provide campaign updates throughout the process. Should dates shift, which is not uncommon, we will provide new estimated delivery dates in updates. Please note, that no date provided should be considered a locked and promised date until we have the books at the warehouse and until such time all estimated dates are subject to change.
